With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Lazar’s career encompassed several continents, with significant experience in the United States, United Kingdom and continental Europe. As a strong, confident, and resilient leader, Lazar has a proven track record of developing high-performing flagship hotels across the world, including emblematic properties such as Waldorf Astoria. In 2020, Lazar moved to Spain and has since grown Effortless Living into one of Andalucía’s leading real estate agencies.

Vladimir brings over ten years of experience in civil engineering and construction management across Europe. His expertise spans all aspects of construction, from precise site management to overseeing complex technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality. Renowned for his problem-solving, innovation, and hands-on leadership, Vladimir turns ambitious designs into reality, making him a cornerstone of our team and a trusted partner for clients.
