Kornel Kovacs

FOUNDER/PARTNER

Kornel is co-owner of several successful companies, with more than 20 years of experience in developing and managing international organizations.

He holds degrees in business management, organizational psychology and IT. Kornel initially visited the Costa del Sol to assess investment opportunities, but soon fell in love with the positive vibe, expat-friendly culture and blooming development.

Recognizing the need for high quality development and advisory services, he co-founded Effortless Living.

Lazar Stupar

MANAGING PARTNER

With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Lazar’s career encompassed several continents, with significant experience in the United States, United Kingdom and continental Europe.

As a strong, confident, and resilient leader, Lazar has a proven track record of developing high-performing flagship hotels across the world, including emblematic properties such as Waldorf Astoria.

In 2020, Lazar moved to Spain and has since grown Effortless Living into one of Andalucía’s leading real estate agencies.

Vladimir brings over ten years of experience in civil engineering and construction management across Europe. His expertise spans all aspects of construction, from precise site management to overseeing complex technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
